We are a youth-led organization with the goal of empowering today's teens and young adults with Islamic concepts. We hope to make many leaders as a result of this program for the future as well. In order to attain this goal we have scheduled topics every month relating to Islam filled with seminars and activities for youth of all ages.

Alhamdulillah, the MLT program was launched on January 8, 2012. It consists of a session every Sunday between the times of Duhr and Asr. The order of these sessions goes as follows:
Week One: A seminar is given by a guest speaker about a certain Islam-related theme. This week will be an open session available to everyone from the community to attend.
Week Two: The same people from the first week meet again to devise ideas on how to turn the concepts they learned in the past week into a lesson to teach to younger children.
Week Three: A workshop consisting of the same theme taught to the older group two weeks ago, except it is now being taught to the younger group.
Week Four: Activities or field trips to help everyone fully undertand this month's topic.

The Prophet said, "The people who get tremendous reward for the prayer are those who are farthest away (from the mosque) and then those who are next farthest and so on. Similarly one who waits to pray with the Imam has greater reward than one who prays and goes to bed.
