Usu Do means 'The Path of Excellence'. Philosophically it represents the pursuit of excellence in all endeavors. The art focuses on traditional Korean martial art forms, techniques, manners and discipline. Usu Do also incorporates Olympic Taekwondo sparring. Taekwondo has been an official Olympic sport since the 2000 Summer Games. Our mission is to promote self-confidence, responsibility, respect, courage and success. We have opportunities to participate not only in local and out-of-state tournaments but also in the future, to reach National Tournament.

Narrated Abu Huraira (radi Allahu anhu):
I heard Allah's Apostle (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) saying. 'Allah divided Mercy into one-hundred parts and kept ninety-nine parts of it with Him and sent down one part on earth. And because of that, its one single part, His creations are Merciful to each other, so much so that an animal lifts its hoof away from its young lest it should hurt it.
